Proof Approvals & Cut-Off Times
To ensure your order ships on time, we need a timely approval on your digital proof.
Proof Arrival: You will receive a digital proof via email by 1:00 PM Central Time on the business day of your scheduled ship date..
The 3:00 PM (CT) Cut-Off: Proofs must be approved by 3:00 PM Central Time on the business day of your scheduled ship date.
Late Approvals: If a proof is approved after 3:00 PM CT, your ship date will typically be pushed back by one business day. (Note: As stated in our Proofing Policy, we may occasionally auto-print an unapproved proof to ensure we meet your original delivery deadline).
Rush Production Options
We offer expedited Rush Service options that you can select during checkout to prioritize your order's manufacturing speed.
Rush Posters: Add Rush Service to orders placed between 12:00 pm - 3:30 pm CDT for same-day printing
Shipping vs. Turnaround
Please note that "Turnaround Time" is different from "Shipping Time."
Turnaround: How long it takes us to physically manufacture the product in our facility.
Shipping: How long it takes the carrier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS) to deliver the package to your door once it leaves our facility.
